Electronic Remotes are programmed onsite. You’ll be notified when they are ready. Collection is at the Sundance Office (Lobby/Ground Floor) on Mondays or Thursdays by appointment.

Message – Replacement Visitor Parking Disk *

By submitting you acknowledge that you’re aware that only one, unique ‘Visitor Parking Disk’ is issued per apartment. Like keys, this disk must be passed to the current occupant. Before ordering a replacement, please check with the previous owner or occupant!

If the disk has genuinely been lost and you decide to proceed, you agree to pay the relevant replacement cost of $70 . You’ll be notified when the reprinted disk is ready. Collection is at the Sundance Office (Lobby/Ground Floor) on Mondays or Thursdays by appointment.

Message – Order Apartment Replacement Key *

Please note that the cost per replacement key is $102.50 (Sundance Registered Key System).

Once ordered, keys typically take 4-6 weeks to be manufactured.

Keys will be sent to your nominated address via registered mail. ID will be required.

Message – Replacement Letterbox Lock/Keys

If needed, Sundance can replace your letterbox lock and provide 2 keys. The cost of this service is $50

Message – Order Sundance Lockbox

Sundance can install a strata-approved lockbox on your apartment door frame. This extra strong, discreet lockbox is designed to hold a spare apartment FOB & key in the event you’ve locked yourself out. We recommend you carry your fire exit key to access your floor level via the stairs. The cost of this service is $75

Message – Order Electronic Access Tag

Designed for property managers or non-resident owners, a Sundance electronic Tag is a small keyring-sized device that only provides access to your apartment via the main lobby and lifts (if applicable). Electronic Tags do not open any gates. The number of electronic Tags per apartment is limited to one (1). Tag cost: $50
