Lift Bookings – Sundance

Lift bookings are required so protective covers can be installed when moving in and out and when shifting bulky items. All Sundance occupants are liable for any damage to the lift. CCTV cameras are in operation.

Lift bookings are only available Monday-Friday
Due to operational & safety requirements, only one lift can be booked at a time (booking timestamp determines priority)
Between the hours 9:00-17:00 (unless otherwise approved)
Maximum time – 4 hours
A minimum notice of 2 workdays in advance is required
The current designated ‘Removals & Delivery Vehicle Area’ is located near Brighton Road gates (see image)
From there, please access the elevators via the basement carpark, ensure the lift curtains are up and use the lift key provided by Strata. Please note that stair access is located behind the lift cars.
Sundance lift car dimensions: H 2350 W 1400 D 1900 (mm)
