Moving In/Out and Large Furniture Delivery
Lift Blankets MUST be booked.
Any damages to lifts will be charged to Lot Owners. Contact us 3 days in advance to book
Parties, Excessive Noise and Swearing
Parties are to finish by 12:00am.
The resident is responsible for their visitor’s behaviour, including entering and existing the building. CCTV footage will be reviewed if required.
Visitor’s Parking Bays.
Bays are for Visitors
Only. Residents are to use their designated bays only. Wheel-Clamping will apply if required.
Food Delivery
This is a secure building.
We request you to collect your food from the foyer. Delivery drivers are not allowed access to the building, li2s and floors. Deliveries due to disability, illness or COVID isolation are exempted.
Pool, Gym and Barbecue Area
ALL Pool Sign instructions are to be followed with NO EXCEPTIONS.

Barbecues
Barbecues are provided for you to enjoy on the pool deck.
Only GAS barbecues are to be used on balconies and in courtyards.
Pets – ONE Pet per Apartment
We are a pet friendly home.
You will need Sundance Council of Owners (CoO) approval and complete the Pet Register. Pets are not allowed in Common Areas, especially the pool area.
Cleaning
Clean up after yourself in all Common Areas.
CCTV footage may result in cleaning charges.
Smoking
Sundance is a Smoke-Free zone.
Smoking is only allowed within your private lot. No smoking is permitted in ANY common area.
Corridors
Corridors are fire escape routes.
Common escape stairs and corridors should be free of ANY obstruction. Source: Fire Safety in Existing Apartment Buildings, WA DMIRs and SB&E.
Bin Store
Bins are available for use.
We appreciate you cutting up large boxes/cardboard and placing in bins.
Covid Safety
