Our common BBQ and pool areas are for the exclusive enjoyment of residents only. Sundance is a private apartment complex and does not provide facilities to the visiting general public. Apartment proprietors, while present, may host up to 2 live-in occupants in these areas without booking. CCTV cameras and FOB monitoring are active at all times.
Hours: 8:00am to 9:00pm
- Only the resident(s) of 1 apartment at a time may use the BBQ kitchen.
- You must clear the kitchen area as soon as practical for the next resident (No booking needed, maximum 1 hour)
- No pets, please
- Residents to leave the kitchen, tables and washroom area as they found it
- Turn the lights off when leaving
- Children must be supervised and you should consider the noise levels in relation to other pool, gym users and the rest of the Sundance community
- If complaints, security services or cleaning costs are incurred you will be held responsible
Special Approval – Group Bookings (Max 8)
Based on the merit of your application (below), the Sundance Council of Owners may in certain cases grant special approval, for small group bookings.
No such bookings will be accepted during the high-usage summer months and all public holidays i.e Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve Day, Australia Day and Anzac Day.
At least one week’s notice is required for the council of owners to consider your application.

Booking Restrictions: A maximum of 4 hours and no more than 8 persons* (1 Table)
By booking you agree that:
- The pool and gym may not be used by your guests.
- No pets please.
- Users are to clean BBQ, toilet area and leave the area as clean as they found it
- All lights to be turned off when leaving
- If any complaints, damage or cleaning costs are incurred, the person who booked the area on this form will be held responsible
- Children must be supervised at all times and you should consider the noise level of music in relation to residents who live near the pool
- Visitor car park: you may use your apartment’s visitor parking disk for one car (6 hours max). Additional guest vehicles must use street parking. The carpark is patrolled by City of Stirling parking inspectors and penalties apply.
